The content on this website is general information about locksmith work. It is not advice about your specific door, lock or property.

We do not diagnose locks remotely. Any description of common problems, causes or options is general and may not apply to your circumstances. An assessment of the actual door is always required before we can advise on the appropriate work.

We take care to keep the information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.

Any indication of cost given before we have seen the door is an estimate only. A quote is provided after assessing the door, lock, frame and circumstances, and we explain the work before proceeding.

Where additional work becomes necessary once a job has started, we will discuss it with you before carrying it out.

You must be the owner or occupier of the property, or otherwise authorised to request the work. We may ask for reasonable evidence of your entitlement to access a property before providing access or changing locks.

For rental and managed properties, authorisation from the owner or managing agent is required before locks are changed.

Not every lock can be repaired, and not every door can be opened without affecting the lock or hardware. Where that is the case we will explain it before proceeding.

We do not represent that any lock, combination of locks or item of hardware will make a property secure against all forms of unauthorised entry.

We do not guarantee arrival times unless specifically agreed with you, and we do not represent that we are available at all hours.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with its operation or with other people using it.

Text, images and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without our consent.
